Yes, I may use selected images for my portfolio, website, or social channels—unless you request confidentiality in writing before the shoot.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Short-notice cancellations may forfeit your deposit. You can reschedule once without penalty due to illness, weather, or other valid reasons.

If I’m unable to complete the shoot due to emergency or equipment failure, and you’ve prepaid, you’ll receive a full refund.

Yes. You’re responsible for obtaining any required permissions or permits for private or restricted locations.

It’s your responsibility to make sure all participants have given their consent. If anyone doesn’t want their image used, just let me know in writing before the session.
